Our Core Principles
Zero Data Storage
We don't store your Microsoft data. Every API request fetches live data from Microsoft and delivers it directly to your Power BI semantic models. When the request is complete, the data is gone from our systems.
Your Data Stays Yours
All data processing happens in real-time. We act as a secure bridge between Microsoft's APIs and your Power BI environment — nothing more, nothing less.
Enterprise-Grade Security
OAuth 2.0 authentication with Azure AD. Your App Registration credentials are encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption.
Real-Time Only
Because we don't store historical data, trends and comparisons are only available where Microsoft's APIs provide them natively. What you see is always current.
Product Data Sources
Each product connects to specific Microsoft APIs. Here's exactly what data comes from where.
License360
Extracts license data from Microsoft Graph API (subscribedSkus endpoint). Shows current license allocation, usage counts, and available seats across all connected tenants.
Defender360
Pulls security data from Microsoft Graph Security API. Includes Secure Score, security alerts, and compliance status. Historical trends available where Microsoft provides them.
Billing360
Connects to Azure Billing API to retrieve billing accounts, profiles, invoices, and transactions. Cost data is fetched in real-time from Microsoft's billing systems.
Intune360
Retrieves device management data from Microsoft Graph Intune endpoints. Shows device compliance, configuration profiles, and managed app status.
